Each one introduces a small, precise shift — helping you notice where your attention has been pulled, understand why you feel the way you do, and gently begin to come back to yourself.
Some emails include short audio recordings and optional journal prompts, so you can experience this return in a way that feels real — not just something you understand.
Each day takes around 5–10 minutes, and you can move at your own pace.
